Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman would serve as the executive producers, and the very popular HBO Network series, ‘Big Love’ would surely hit the TV screens with its fourth season. Michael Lombardo, the president of programming at HBO, has said, “The stellar reviews and solid viewer-ship this season, confirm that this is a signature series for HBO”. It’s also being said that the HBO Network, green lighted the fourth season of Big Love, saying that “The series keeps getting better and better”. Being one of the marquee series of the network, Big Love depicts the tale of a polygamous Mormon family, and is set in the Salt Lake City suburbs. The series has very recently finished airings of the third season, with the season finale ‘Sacrament‘, aired on March 22, 2009.

Because of its controversial plotline and theme, ‘Big Love’ often gets involved in the controversies. For most of the people and for a particular community (would avoid to mention), the concept of getting married thrice is not okay and the show has to face problems from time to time. The whole storyline moves around Bill Henrickson, the man with everything in triple - three houses, three wives and three families. In the season 3 finale, we saw that it was very shocking for the family, when Sarah exposed her engagement to Scott. Cara Lynn, the teenage daughter of Nicky visited her. A bomb was intended for Adaleen, but Alby got wounded instead. Bill and Roman Grant joined hands to get Ted’s abducted daughter back. Meanwhile, Margie got an opportunity to work in a TV project. After their exile from Juniper Creek, Bill formed a new Church. Also, Roman was killed by Joey. And, the third season came to an end.

The Big Love tv show, that has been entertaining you form 2006 onwards, will continue to do so, in the future as well. The start of its third season, from January this year, was sluggish, but it slowly picked up the race. The viewers are enjoying the story and the viewership has touched the records of 1.5 million.

It is all about how the husband of three wives is dealing with all of them. In the story of “Bill Henrickson” (played by Bill Paxton), and his wives, there is still much spice to bind the viewers. HBO is going to pick the show for the fourth season. It has been announced by its creator, Will Scheffer that the deceased creepy prophet “Roman Grant” (played by Harry Dean Stanton) is indeed dead, and he will not return.

On the other hand, his son-in-law “Bill” has big plans for his family….or, families. We saw him too busy in wooing a forth wife for himself, and he will continue doing other silly things in future. We saw “Anna” (Branka Katic) as his forth wife, who divorced the family shortly after her marriage with “Bill”. This Siberian actress is all set to return to the household of “Bill” to create some problems. This pretty actress can also be seen in the movie ‘Public Enemies’.

It is said that the production for its fourth season will begin later this year. It is expected that its airing will start in 2010.

Woo hoo! It’s rocking….

Well, a few months earlier, I was desperately waiting for the third season of series. But as of now, I am feeling okay as we’ll see ‘Big Love’ episodes just after one & half month. It’s November… just December and in January, third season of series will be premiered. First episode of series will be premiered on January 11, 2009 and it is entitled ‘Block Party’. And, the good thing is that it’ll be aired two days prior to my birthday i.e. on January 13. Hope, you’ll not forget to wish me 

I’ve recently downloaded the second season of series from edogo.com. As of now, I am watching the season 2 finale ‘Oh, Pioneers’, one my favorite episodes from second season. Episode was aired on August 26, 2007 and was very much liked by the viewers of the series. Of course, by me too. That’s why I am watching it once again …. In this episode, we see that the family is preparing for the annual Pioneer Week. Bill makes a plan to fight against his rivalries on the UEB by opting for a new chairman. Adaleen discovers that Alby and his wife are sedating Roman so he takes him to the Henricksons for refuge. On the other hand, Pam requests Margene to be her surrogate mother and Margene reveals her truth to Ana. Ben is being convinced by Sarah and Heather to not to become a polygamist. Wow… what a great episode which brilliantly ended the second season of ‘Big Love’.

I really love ‘Big Love’ sort of series, I mean second season finale was satisfactory one and that’s why we’re eager to see more of the show. Well, just the tail is left and the elephant has gone to watch episodes of third season of ‘Big Love’ show. Just waiting…..

I know that you all are waiting for the third season to start. And let me tell that the third season of the series will premiere on January 25, 2009. I also know that the series have been liked and loved a lot by everyone. I myself have seen the series and I am too waiting for the third season. But on a serious note, do you think that such kind of topics (polygamy) should be given such hype. Don’t get me wrong anywhere, please. Entertaining people with a TV series is one thing. But promoting such issues is another.

‘Big Love‘ is the story of Salt Lake City native Bill Henrickson, who has three wives - Barb, Nicki and Margene and seven kids. The three are completely aware of each others presence in Bill’s life. The story revolves around how Bill manages between his three wives, kids, three houses and his home improvement stores. Because he lived and worked in a country where polygamy was a crime, Bill was forced to jump through hoops to keep his multiple-marital status a secret.

Now with such kind of things coming on television, I don’t know what kind of effect it will leave on general audiences. Are they trying to tell people that you can manage three wives at a time or are they publicizing polygamy, which is against the law?

Well I don’t have anything personal against the series. It is an entertaining series if we don’t get such issues in between. It is just this polygamy issue that did not appeal to me. It’s possible that it did appeal to many of you, but sadly it did not appeal to me. And, so I thought of writing on it. If nothing much I would at least like you to think on it.

Well, the only thing is that the pilot episode for the ^3rd season is still four months away, and my friends and I can’t wait for so long. Bill Paxton is such a charming rogue and now there is a rumor that he will be eyeing another woman in the next season. Let’s see, whether he becomes successful in winning her heart or not. Even more interesting would be to see how his other wives will react upon this. Well, they must be pretty used to it by now. I do really wonder some time, if it is actually possible in real life. Guess that’s what is called “willing suspension of disbelief“.

Zip2it.com claims that Bill’s affair with Ana is going to be more scandalous. If they’ are to be believed, then, I think things would be very much stimulating this fall and we guys will have a rocking season ahead. Well, it’s the time to guess what they do have to air and how they’ll try to lie adjacent with the previous season finale?? I am not even speculating, but, how much more drama can they pack into it? I mean there is entry of an Australian from Ana’s past and then Bill’s romance with Ana. Fans are hungry for more and everyone expects much more drama and fun when Big Love finally hits the small screen in January 2009.

It’s my won distinct way to tell you people about the cast updates in Big Love. Well, Big Love will deal with more tension in the coming season. I think the series was full of stress from the very beginning, after Bill boldly marries three wives and has seven kids and has got stuck into financial crisis. It’s not an end to his troubles and his wives start creating a new trouble everyday, no one is ready to understand his circumstances except of Barb, my favorite. Only, she is only sensible and wise wife of Bill who cooperates with him in every way and stands by him in every good and bad time.

Anyways, let’s come to the point!

Yesterday, I saw on buddy TV that a new character Franky will be introduced in the new season and Bill Paxton will play the role. He will be playing the half brother of Bill… don’t know what disasters he will create in Bill’s life or if to think positive, then what good he will bring for Bill and family.

Another buddy joining Big Love is Mark L.Young and he will play a sixteen year old hot guy who will get himself in big trouble as he gets kicked out of the Juniper Creek compound for kissing a girl. So at last, we’ll see some thing about young ones too, except the husband of three wives and routine troubles and argumentation of ladies.

For some more details, we all will have to wait for the new episodes to hit the silver screen. The young guy appearing this season was also seen in Dexter and Six Feet under. Both are the TV shows where Michael .C Hall, the Dexter, has also worked, so should I expect that someday Michael too will be joining the Big Love. What do you say? It costs nothing to make a guess or gossiping around. Well, if Young is here, then I am expecting the season to be spicier and more entertaining than previous ones. So let’s see if they guys reach up to our hopes. Keep gossiping and watching the previous episodes…

Amazing plot… a man marries three wives, so is facing financial traumas, and still thinks of marrying fourth woman. Can you ever meet any such kinda person in the real life? It’s impossible in America, at least…. so you can catch him on TV only.

Oops!! I am wrong; you can find him here too, exactly like I’ve found him. Although this show is a serious kind of drama but the theme of the show seems funny to me. And that’s why; I’m always keen to know about the show like what does gonna happen next?

Today, after finishing all the tasks assigned by mom, I switched to my Laptop and started surfing internet to have some latest buzz about my fave TV shows. Luckily, I got Big Love here, with all the previous episodes along with the details of upcoming episodes.

So, I decided to watch it from the beginning and downloaded initial eight episodes, and enjoyed Barb’s, Bill’s and Nicki’s work perfect. Barb is like ever in her goody-goody image who just thinks for the welfare of the whole family while preventing the leakage of internal matters of family to her neighbors. On the other hand, the spend-thrift Bill is dealing with financial crisis. He has married three women and has seven children from them so the matter costs him dearly. Dear Nicki, I am calling her dear as she’s very expensive for the family because during the financial crisis, she plans her son’s birthday party to be in a resort, with a huge guest list. Ah!!! Barbara Henrickson, the first wife of Bill in Big Love, has been nominated for Emmy Awards as a lead actress in Drama series.

Well, no nominations for Mr. Bill…. Affects of marrying three ladies… LOL

Hey, but this is pretty unfair with Bill, after all he has done a great job at Big Love by marrying three gorgeous ladies. Okay, if we go on this root, then Barbara is the best choice. She handles the home front in Bill’s absence, and she is also the senior most wife. among the three. Enough fun, now let’s be serious.

Jeanne Tripplehorn portrays the character of Barbara on series and her appearance was very much loved by the viewers. She is justice lover and a lady with a big heart. While not caring about hate and opposition of her parents and siblings, she allows Bill to marry other women, despite the fact that she did love marriage with Bill when both were in college. What a loving as well as caring wife she is!

She is so nice that other two wives do respect her as an elder sister and as a mother sometimes. She handles the conflicts between Nicki and Mergene in perfect manner and they both too look towards her to get rid of their problems. I liked her role when she boldly instructs Bill that he should forget the idea about marrying the fourth woman as she won’t allow him to do so. A real twist occurs in her character, here.

If Jeanne gets this award, then I think it will be her first Emmy ever, and if I am not wrong, then, it’s her first nomination too. Congratulations Jeanne… We wish you all the very best for Emmy awards this year. And off course, all the Big Love fans will keep their fingers crossed for the glorious moment when Big Love will get its first Emmy award. Come on jury, the show has got enough punishment for promoting Polygamy… LOL…Just Kidding.

Now, I am gonna watch the episode, where Barbara takes my favorite turn. Let’s go ahead!

After tons of rumors, the final announcement is made by HBO network.

HBO series ‘Big Love‘ has announced that season 3 will be premiered on January 11, 2009. So, finally we do have hope to enjoy some more drama for some more period. It is also heard that the drama is going to be more scandalous this time. As per the reports revealed, ‘Big Love’ season 3 along with the other HBO series like ‘Entourage’ and ‘The Flight of the Conchords’ have been delayed till this fall, just because of the WGA strike. ‘Entourage’ is set to premiere this September, so the other two series will be premiered in January, 2009.

Other rumors are also here, like its being said that this season will not be as good as the previous ones were. The season 3 will bring more scandals, as such we may witness Bill’s (Bill Paxton) fourth wedding with Ana (Branka Katic).

It’s quite possible this time, as Ana’s captured Bill’s attention and Mergene (Ginnifer Goodwin), Bill’s third wife, is spiritually encouraging him to bring Ana into their family. But, but, but- his first wife Barb (Jeanne Tripplehorn) says that she will leave him finally, if he brings fourth wife. Barb may confront Ana and may warn her about the consequences of dating a married man…. All this is being predicted…. Let’s see what happens??

Anyways, rumors will continue to blow our minds. The main thing to worry about is, that series will be back after six months, and till then we can just wait and wait and wait……you just keep on making guesses about upcoming disasters in the lives of three wives of Bill.

Fans’ who were waiting for the return of Big Love season 3 may get a little bit disappointed as season 3 is officially delayed till this fall. Yeah, my expressions were exactly like yours’, when I first read this news.
